Arrival and departure
Accommodation is made starting with 14.00, and the rooms are vacated until 12:00 at the latest. At the request of customers and depending on the available rooms, the time of release of the location can be exceeded by no more than 6 hours after 12.00, for a fee (50% of the rate for one night). Exceeding more than 6 hours is charged at 100% of the rate for one night. Accommodation is based on the identity document (identity card, passport). If the customer leaves the room after 12 o'clock and wants to return, he will need a new code (his request).
Obligations of the client
The client is liable to the Resort for damages caused, through fault or intent, to other customers or staff, buildings, furniture and equipment of the resort. In this sense, a 1-night accommodation guarantee will be blocked, which will be unlocked after the checks performed at check out.
Booking conditions
To guarantee the reservation at standard rates it is necessary to pay the value of the accommodation in advance. If canceled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. If the length of stay during the stay is reduced, the client accepts and undertakes to pay unconditionally the value of the entire stay originally ordered.
Data privacy
Venetian Bucharest guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data of all customers. Personal data collected when making a reservation or for the provision of tourism services will not be disclosed to third parties, except in cases where Venetian Bucharest must comply with the obligations imposed by law.
Safety
The resort is monitored by video system. The accommodation space does not assume responsibility for forgotten, lost or allegedly stolen objects inside the accommodation space (room, yard). Venetian Bucharest does not assume responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur due to improper use of the facilities within the accommodation.
Conduct
Venetian Bucharest reserves the right to refuse accommodation to drunk, rude or turbulent customers who, through their attitude, damage the image of the Resort or disturb other customers. Venetian Bucharest reserves the right to select its customers
Pets
It is forbidden to enter the accommodation with pets. Venetian Bucharest has the right to refuse the accommodation of clients accompanied by pets under the sanction of cancellation of the reservation and payment of a penalty equivalent to the full value of the services related to the first night of accommodation; the same sanction shall apply if the presence of animals or birds in the resort is found after the accommodation.
Complaints
Complaints regarding the quality of tourist services provided will be made on the spot, throughout the stay of tourists. Complaints after the end of the stay will not be considered by the accommodation. Claims for damage caused by theft, destruction or damage to property brought by the customer to the resort must be brought to the attention of the administrator no later than one hour from the date of the event.
Applicable law
The rights and obligations of the parties provided by the general terms and conditions, as well as all the legal effects produced by the general terms and conditions will be interpreted and governed in accordance with the Romanian legislation in force
